THIS AGREEMENT, was originally made June 4^th, 1991, between Northrup Grumman Systems Corporation Technology Services Sector, and LOCAL UNION NO. 304 of Topeka Kansas, I.B.E.W. This contract represents 156 workers. These members repair equipment for the United States Post Office under the Service Contract Act at the Central Repair Facility in Topeka Kansas.
